- Manages the performance and quality service provision of 4 staff persons located in decentralized regions across the State of Florida.
- Oversees and conducts the execution of onsite reviews of management structure, operations, systems of internal control, policies and procedures and relevant laws, and recommend programmatic and operational enhancements.
- Coordinates the planning, development and implementation of quality improvement plans for contracted vendors located statewide.
- Develops and recommends decisive actions plans on non-compliant contractors and implement enforcement strategies to ensure compliance with fiscal, programmatic and operational contract requirements.
- Provides programmatic and administrative technical assistance, training, and support to public and private institutions, non-profit entities, community-based organizations serving youth, families, and underprivileged communities.
- Develops executive-level reports, policy briefs, policies and procedures documents, fact sheets, and other communications relevant to project specific issues.
- Maintains relationships with local, state and federal agencies, elected officials (i.e., Executive, Legislative and Judicial), legislative and agency staff, and related professional associations and organizations.
